WHAT IS THCA?
THCA is the precursor to Delta 9 THC. Signified by the “A” in THCA. THCA becomes Delta 9 THC through heating, which also gives it a psychoactive effect. Without heating, THCA does not have any effects. Therefore, when heated THCA becomes regular Delta 9 THC and has the strength and effects of the THC we all know and love. WHAT IS THCA FLOWER?
THCA Flower is either Indoor THCA Flower or Exotic THCA flower depending on the quality and potency of the batch. As the plant dries, THCA slowly converts to THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), the compound known for its psychoactive effects. THCA flower refers to cannabis flower that is high in THCA content. This type of cannabis hasn’t been decarboxylated—a process involving heat that converts THCA into THC—meaning it won’t produce the “high” associated with THC when consumed in its raw form. However, when heated THCA Flower produces the same effects as Delta 9.
